Leader of the "DNR" Denis Pushilin has lifted restrictions on leaving the occupied territory to the Russian Federation, introduced with the threat of the spread of coronavirus infection. This is said in his "decree".

Although Russia occupies one of the leading places in the world in the number of cases of COVID-19, no conditions for leaving for the Russian Federation are provided.

In addition, he partially allowed departure to the neighboring occupied part of the Luhansk oblast. In particular, "persons with permanent or temporary registration on the territory of the "LNR" may go to CALO; as well as persons with good reasons for leaving (business trip, need for emergency treatment, serious illness or death of a near relative)" and so on.

As previously reported, the "DNR" leader banned the movement of residents of CADO through the line of contact with the controlled territory of Ukraine, justifying it by the large number of COVID-19 cases. However, more than 640 thousand people fell ill with coronavirus infection in Russia at the end of June.
