Illegal armed groups in Donbass concentrate military equipment in residential areas, endangering civilians. It is stated "in the United Nations report on the human rights situation in Ukraine", which covers the period from November 16th, 2015 to February 15th, 2016.
"Ukrainian armed forces still occupy positions close to the towns and villages, while the (illegal – OstroV) armed groups move deeper into residential areas, posing an additional threat to the local population. The risk of military escalation remains high," - says the report.
