28 381 cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine as of June 10. This was reported by Minister of Health Maksym Stepanov at a briefing in Kyiv today, - correspondent of OstroV reports.

"525 people fell ill over the past day, of which 70 children and 49 health workers", - he stated.

According to him, 23 deaths from COVID-19 have been recorded over the past day.

"In total, 28 381 people fell ill during the pandemic, including 2073 children and 5184 health workers. 12769 people recovered and 833 died", - Maksym Stepanov said.

The Minister noted that 14210 tests on COVID-19 were carried out by PCR over the past day.
