The "LNR" occupiers do not intend to resume operation of the checkpoint in Stanytsia Luhanska, which was closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, from June 10. This was stated by the so-called representative of occupied Lugansk in the subgroup on humanitarian issues Olga Kobtseva, - separatist media report.

According to her, the decision of the Ukrainian side to resume operation of checkpoints on the demarcation line in the Donbass from June 10 was not agreed with the occupation authorities of the "LNR".

The separatist noted that "the checkpoint in Stanytsia Luhanska will not work tomorrow".

"We regard the statement of Ukraine as another provocation", - she noted.

According to her, "measures to counter the coronavirus infection remain in effect" on the territory of CALO".

As previously reported, the JFO stated that the passage of people and vehicles through the demarcation line at the entry and exit checkpoints in the Donbass would be partially restored from June 10. The Passage of citizens and vehicles will be carried out daily from 11.00 to 14.00: for road service - through the Marinka checkpoint - the Donetsk - Kurakhove road corridor; for pedestrians - through the Stanytsia Luhanska checkpoint - the Stanytsia Luhanska road corridor - Shchastya – Novoaidar.
