In the area of the Joint Forces Operation on June 1, the armed formations of the Russian Federation violated the ceasefire 2 times, having used grenade launchers of various systems and an unmanned aerial vehicle, - the JFO headquarters reported. One member of the Joint Forces was injured as a result of shelling by Russian mercenaries. Ukrainian troops acted decisively and harshly responded to the enemy units, having forced the occuppation forces to stop their criminal activities. Losses of the opponent are being specified. Situation in the area of the Joint Forces Operation remains fully controlled.

Leaders of the "DNR" occupation administration do not associate their fate with living in the occupied territory of Donetsk oblast. Such an observation was made by Russian mercenary Alexander Zhuchkovsky, who fought in the Donbass. He recalled that all the so-called leaders of the "free Donbass", having lost their posts, are leaving for Russia. "The main problem of the system is that local politicians and their families do not associate their future with the "republic". The point is not in the war, but in the fact that the political, and sometimes even physical survival for these people is due to being in the system only. Leaving the system automatically means leaving the "republic". Any prominent functionaries immediately left the "republic" as soon as they lost power and resources. Families of the deceased politicians and military leaders leave the "DNR" in the same way", - Zhuchkovsky acknowledged.

More than 20 houses in occupied Donetsk were flooded as a result of rupture of a water pipe with a diameter of 1000 mm. This was reported by the so-called "Ministry of Emergency Situations of the DNR". The rupture occurred in the Petrovsky district of the city. "There was flooding of 24 houses and adjoining territories of the private sector along Petrovsky and Dargomyzhsky streets as a result of the rupture. 170 cubic meters of water were pumped from the adjacent territories and flooded houses along Petrovsky and Dargomyzhsky streets", - the report said .

The water supply to occupied Alchevsk, Perevalsk and Slovianosersk in the so-called "LNR" was interrupted as a result of "emergency stops of pumping stations", - separatist media wrote. During the repair work, the water supply to Alchevsk and Perevalsk was reduced, and the water supply to Slovianosersk was completely shut off.
