More than 70 people checked for COVID-19 in "DNR", 15 of them hospitalized

The "DNR" announced hospitalization of 15 people with suspected coronavirus infection. This was stated today by calling herself "Minister of Health of the DNR" Olga Dolgoshapko, - separatist media write.

"71 people are under observation, including four children. These are tourists who returned from Italy, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and Ukraine, who may have contacted the affected. Fifteen of them were hospitalized with suspected COVID-19", - she noted.

The patients are quarantined in connection with the fact that they had symptoms of malaise, which are detected with COVID-19. Half of them were tested and received negative results, the remaining results will be obtained within two days.

At the same time, according to her, 247 people are at home in isolation.

The "Minister" assures that "there is not a single confirmed case of COVID-19" in the "DNR" for now.
