73 laboratory confirmed cases of COVID-19 were registered as of March 22. This is stated in the report of the Ministry of Health.
Thus, 26 new cases were detected per day, 20 of them in Kyiv, 3 in the Ivano-Frankivsk oblast, one each in the Kyiv, Lviv and Cherkasy oblasts.
As spokeswoman for the Center for Public Health Valeria Salo said in a comment to hromadske, 14 cases identified in Kyiv were passengers of one plane that flew in from Geneva.
