Russia has not fulfilled any of its obligations in respect of the resolution of the conflict in Donbass in accordance with the Minsk agreements. This is stated by the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

"Russia has not fulfilled any of its obligations under the Minsk agreement. Russia and militants controlled by it continue military provocations, including the use of weapons, which would have been withdrawn under the control and supervision of the OSCE - multiple rocket launchers, self-propelled artillery, mortars of 82 and 120 millimeter caliber,"- said the statement of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine.

The MIA stressed that Russian troops in Donbass continued to rotate, traine and get supplies via uncontrolled border areas, and the OSCE SMM still does not have full access to all the territories controlled by Russia and militants.

"Russia and its puppets constantly prevent the release of more than 130 Ukrainian captives, keeping them in inhumane conditions, torturing and threatening them with death penalty under the Criminal Code of the USSR", - said the statement.

The statement of the Ukrainian Foreign Minister reminded that Russia continued political persecution of citizens of Ukraine and refused to release political prisoners Nadezhda Savchenko, Oleg Sentsov, Alexander Kolchenko and others.

In addition, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry draws attention to the fact that Russia and militants block deliveries of Ukrainian and international humanitarian assistance to the civilian population and hinder the activities of international humanitarian organizations, including the Red Cross.

"Ukraine calls on all the Member States of the UN to demand from the Russian Federation to fulfill its commitments in accordance with the UN Charter and international law, the full implementation of the Minsk agreements and immediate cessation of all acts of aggression against Ukraine. We call on the international community to exert maximum pressure on Russia and maintain sanctions until Donbass and the Crimea are de-occupied and the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine are restored," - said the statement of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine.
