Creates tension: deputies ask to dismiss Serhiy Syvokho from post of adviser to NSDC secretary

People's Deputy of Ukraine Yehor Chernev (Servant of the People faction) asks to dismiss Serhiy Syvokho from the post of adviser to the secretary of the National Security and Defense Council. He sent the corresponding appeal to secretary of the Council Oleksiy Danilov.

"Due to the fact that public activities of your non-staff adviser Serhiy Syvokho cause concern in society, create political tension, discredit the President of Ukraine and directly harm the national interests of Ukraine and its national security, I ask you to consider the issue of dismissal of Serhiy Syvokho as an adviser to the secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine", - the document says.

In addition to the author of the appeal to Oleksiy Danilov, the appeal to dismiss Syvokho was signed by several dozen more people's deputies.

As previously reported, ATO veterans foiled the presentation of the so-called "National Platform for Reconciliation and Unity" in Kyiv on March 11, which provides for a dialogue with representatives of CADLO. The NSDC Secretary Oleksiy Danilov stated that development of the Platform was a personal initiative of Serhiy Syvokho and does not reflect the position of the NSDC.
