Occupation authorities of the "DNR" acknowledged the deaths of four residents of the occupied part of Donetsk oblast in a road accident in the Rostov oblast (Russia). This was stated in the message of the so-called "Ministry of Emergency Situations of the DNR". Information about the deaths of Ukrainian citizens was hushed up for almost a day. The tragedy occurred at about 3 a.m. on March 11, and the first message about it appeared in separatist media only at 7 p.m. It notes that employees of the "Ministry of Emergency Situations" organized the evacuation of the bodies of those killed in a car accident in the Rostov oblast to the territory of the "republic".

Seven humanitarian aid trucks from the International Committee of the Red Cross crossed the Novotroitske checkpoint towards the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.
