Residential property temporarily abandoned by forced migrants is confiscated by "courts" in occupied Donbass – Lawyer
So-called "courts" in the occupied part of Donbass are trying to deprive forced migrants who left the territory of their residential property. This was stated by the lawyer of the Donetsk regional organization of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine Natalia Tselovalnichenko at the press conference on the topic: "Who are forced migrants for the authorities: affected citizens, raiders or scammers?" today in Kiev, - informs the correspondent of OstroV.
"This is a real threaten that people can physically lose their property on the territory uncontrolled by the Ukrainian authorities. People call and complain that they are forced migrants, for example, in Kiev, and "DPR " court, referring to the fact that they have information from lists, says: "we will evicte and deprive of residential property," - said N. Tselovalnichenko.
As reported by OstroV, the lawyer of the Donetsk regional organization of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine Natalia Tselovalnichenko stated on February 29th that the so-called "DPR"/"LPR" had access to the lists of forced migrants.
