NSDC has lists of CADLO residents, who received Russian passports - Danilov

The Russian Federation has issued about 156 thousand Russian passports in the occupied territories of Donbass. This was stated by Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov in an interview with liga.net.

"We carefully monitor the number of passports issued by the Russian Federation. This is not the first example. They did that way during the Georgian war and the Moldovan process. They blackmail people who work in the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. They pay wages and say: "If you do not get a passport, we will not pay you money". This is a complete blackmail from the Russian Federation", - he noted.

To the question, how many passports were issued, he replied: "We believe that there are quite a lot of them. As of today, there are about 156 000 passports. Today we are developing certain proposals for what we should do. By the way, we have lists of all Ukrainian citizens who received these passports".
