Concept of "federal territories" with direct subordination to Kremlin is being worked out for "DNR/LNR" in Constitution of Russian Federation

The updated Constitution of the Russian Federation may introduce the concept of "federal territories" with direct federal subordination. This statement was made by co-chair of the working group on the preparation of proposals for amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation Andrey Klishas, - RIA Novosti reports.

According to the Russian senator, the Federation Council committees on constitutional law and federal structure will work out such an initiative on Thursday.
