The enemy fired at the Joint Forces positions from 120 mm and 82 mm mortars prohibited by the Minsk agreements, as well as from anti-tank missile systems, grenade launchers of various systems, heavy machine guns and other small arms. One member of the Joint Forces was injured as a result of the enemy shelling.

The so-called "court" of the "DNR" sentenced another resident of the occupied territory to 14 years in a high-security prison, allegedly, "for espionage". This was reported by the so-called "Prosecutor General Office" of the "DNR". Citizen V. Podvezko was accused of the fact that from September 2014 to May 2018, he allegedly "acting intentionally, by visual observation and photographic fixation, collected military information about the movement of military equipment and deployment" of units of the so-called "people's militia" of the "DNR". In addition, the accused "posted notes, statements, images and propaganda materials on his page on a social network, calling for the implementation of actions" directed against the "DNR". In January, the East Human Rights Group reported that the militants were detaining civilians on suspicion of "espionage" in the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts left and right.

A resident of Sloviansk was detained by the SBU counterintelligence. The Special services operatives established that the man voluntarily joined the so-called "Sloviansk brigade of the people's militia of the DNR". He was in the "position" of the deputy commander of one of the militant platoons there. It is known that as part of the Typhoon armed gang, he opposed the ATO forces in the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. In particular, the attacker took an active part in the hostilities near Shakhtarske, Opytne, Spartak and Novoazovsk. The militant left the ranks of the "DNR" in 2016 and went to Russia to earn money. Now the detainee is giving evidence of participation in a terrorist organization.

A garage bay of the "Center for Emergency Medicine and Disaster Medicine" along the Rudakova street in occupied Horlivka was burning. This was reported by the so-called "Ministry of Emergency Situations of the DNR". The cause of the fire and financial damage are being established.

Residents of occupied Dovzhansk (Sverdlovsk), Rovenky, Molodohvardiysk, as well as of settlements of the Sorokinske (Krasnodonske) and Dovzhansky districts in the so-called "LNR" were left without water supply due to an accident at the main conduit, separatist media wrote.
