The leader of the so-called "DPR" Alexander Zakharchenko terminated the powers of "the judge of Budenovskoye inter-district court of Donetsk" Volodko Mikhail. This is stated in the "decree" of "the head of state".

"The judge" was dismissed for "gross violations of existing legislation that are incompatible with the status of a judge."

Mikhail Volodko was "appointed" on the post of a judge for three years in January 2015. Before the seizure of authority structures in Donetsk by terrorists, he worked in the Ukrainian court, but defected to the side of militants. The further destiny of "the offender" is unknown.
