Ukraine will not coordinate the new law on the "special status" of Donbass with representatives of CADLO. This was reported by people's deputy from Servant of the People Iryna Vereshchuk today on the sidelines of the parliament, - correspondent of OstroV reports.

"We cannot coordinate the bill with the unrecognized leaders of the unrecognized republics. They are not legitimate authorities, so we cannot talk about any bills with people we do not have", - she said.

She added that she did not know whether a new law on the "special status" of Donbass was being developed.

Iryna Vereshchuk also noted that the Russian Federation is now doing everything to disrupt the Normandy format meeting.

"I hope that Putin understands that Ukraine has fulfilled all its obligations to meet in the Normandy format. All the words and actions that the Kremlin is doing now are aimed at preventing the meeting from taking place", - she said.

Russian President Vladimir Putin earlier stated that Ukraine should extend the term of the law on the special status of Donbass.

"We hear from the first persons of Ukraine that another law on the special status of the Donbass can be adopted. Which? This is absolutely the key thing. If something is adopted that is not agreed with the" LPR "and" DPR ", then everything will go instantly dead end, "he said.

"We hear from the top officials of Ukraine that another law on the special status of Donbass could be adopted. Which one? This is absolutely key thing. If something that is not coordinated with the "LNR" and "DNR" is adopted, everything will instantly reach a deadlock", - he said.
