Russia is trying to involve citizens of Ukraine in the "3rd Army Corps" to simulate the so-called "civil war" in the East of Ukraine. This was stated by Director of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Policy of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Valentyn Fedichev Gromadska on the air of Gromadske television.

"Now 3rd Army Corps is being deployed in Rostov, which is equipped only with citizens of Ukraine, Putin is trying to implement thestrategy of so-called civil war on the territory of Ukraine," – said Fedichev.

According to him, thereby Russia is trying to change the current situation in the East of Ukraine.

"Previously, we had to deal with the direct aggression of the Russian armed forces, pro-Russian forces, the so-called 1st and 2nd Army Corps, at the moment there are 12 000 Ukrainians, not more," - said the representative of the Ministry of Defense.

He also noted that now the Russian military experts found "it very difficult to form the 3rd Army Corps in Rostov."
