Russian propagandist is outraged that Ukraine carries out reforms without coordination with "DNR/LNR"

Russian propagandist Vladimir Solovyov claims that Ukraine violates the Minsk agreements by conducting vital reforms without coordination with the "DNR/LNR" occupation authorities. He wrote this on his page in social network.

"The Minsk agreements were, in fact, violated by the Ukrainian party after amending the Constitution of Ukraine, which anchored the country's desire for NATO. Plus, land reform, language law and reform of the electoral system are being adopted without any approval from the "LNR" and "DNR". In fact, this is another political reality", - he resents.

Based on this, he believes that Russia and the international community should recognize the independence of "republics" of the occupied Donbass.

After that, the so-called "DNR/LNR" will conduct a dialogue with Ukraine on the establishment of relations between the independent states and a dialogue aimed at returning the territories of Donbass, temporarily "occupied" (controlled by the legitimate authority – OstroV) by Ukrainian troops".

One of the leading propagandists of the Kremlin ideology assures us that this is his personal position, and not "the position of our state".

As previously reported, Russia does not comply with the main provisions of the protocol signed on September 5, 2014 in Minsk. In particular, the Minsk Protocol provides for an immediate bilateral cessation of the use of weapons, permanent monitoring on the Ukrainian-Russian state border and verification by the OSCE with the creation of security zone in the border areas of Ukraine and the Russian Federation, withdrawal of illegal armed formations, military equipment, as well as militants and mercenaries from the territory of Ukraine. Instead, Russia on a permanent basis supports the occupation authorities of Donbass with weapons, ammunition, military equipment and personnel. Russia is also totally against monitoring of Ukraine's uncontrolled section of the state border through which columns of military equipment regularly come to the occupied Donbass and through which Ukrainian coal, products of Ukrainian metallurgical plants and so on are being exported from CADLO.
