This appeal of the leaders of the "republics" appeared simultaneously with the statements of the Opposition Platform – For Life leader Viktor Medvedchuk that the occupied territories of Donbass are ready to return to Ukraine under the conditions of broad autonomy, separate Constitution and Verkhovna Rada.

Militants in the Horlivka direction use weapons banned by the Minsk Agreements on the positions of the Joint Forces, - the JFO press center reported. In particular, the number of mortar and ATGM shelling of the fortifications of the Ukrainian military increased. "The enemy resorts to the tactics of psychological pressure, using "wandering"mortar and small arms. Our military stay alert and are always ready for an adequate response to the aggressor", - the report said.

Five trucks with humanitarian aid proceeded through the Novotroitske checkpoint towards the occupied territories, - the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported. Humanitarian aid from the International Committee of the Red Cross with a total weight of 91.1 tons includes medical equipment, hygiene products and food kits.
