Russia is sending additional sniper units to CADLO, - the General Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine reported. It was noted that the command of the Russian occupation forces was taking measures to increase the psychological impact on the military personnel of the Ukrainian security forces. "It is about increasing the loss of personnel in the advanced units of the Joint Forces due to the transfer of additional sniper units armed, including with foreign-made sniper rifles from the territory of the Russian Federation to the temporarily occupied territory in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts", - the report said.

The Luhanskvoda enterprise controlled by the "LNR" militants is trying to eliminate the consequences of the water conduit accident after repairs previously announced at the electric substation, - separatist media reported. By the evening of July 17, employees of Luhanskvoda plan to eliminate the rush on the main conduit, because of which the water supply to four cities in the occupied territory of Luhansk oblast was cut.
