An explosion occurred in the Central Market area in occupied Luhansk in an unexploited high-rise building located along the Mahnitohorska Street 2, separatist media reported. The blast broke out the windows in the building and destroyed part of the wall around the seventh floor. It is known that the explosion provoked no fire.

This was stated by Minister for Temporary Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine Vadym Chernysh. "It is impossible. There are no banks. Banks cannot be restored. Security cannot be ensured. Anti-money laundering requirements cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, there is only one scheme - to receive a pension on the cards issued by Sberbank of Ukraine", - Chernysh said. According to him, the issue of payment of pensions to residents of CADLO is connected not only with the banking system, but also with the payment of taxes. "The pension fund is not just filled out of thin air. You know that the companies that paid taxes to the last were grabbed… Enterprises that worked there paid taxes to the budget of Ukraine until the last day", - the Minister noted.
A fire destroyed 37 hectares of a wheat field in the area of occupied village of Khriashchuvate in the Luhansk region. This was stated in the report of the so-called "Ministry of Emergency Situations of the LNR". The cause of the fire was careless handling of unidentified persons.
The Luhanskvoda enterprise controlled by the "LNR" militants will stop the water supply to five settlements in the occupied territory of Luhansk oblast in connection with the repair at the pumping station, separatist media reported. Preliminary, water supply from the Rodakovska pumping station to consumers in the settlements of Rodakove, Novodachne, Krasnyi Luch, Zamost and Suhodil will be stopped until 8 p.m. of July 12.
