The "DNR" leader Denis Pushilin has admitted that tariffs for utility services will increase. He told this at a meeting with multi-member families in Donetsk, - separatist media report.

According to him, now this issue is being worked over.

"The Government of the Donetsk People's Republic has begun to analyze the financial state of the housing and utilities sector… to decide on the possible increase in tariffs", - the leader reported.

"Now the "government" has been instructed to conduct a financial and economic analysis of the housing and utilities sector… Then some weighted decision will be made", - he stated.

"But this is not today and not tomorrow. Of course, this should not be to the detriment of our citizens, we will find some solutions", - he tried to soften information about the inevitable increase in the utility tariffs.

As previously reported, since the Russian occupation of part of the Donetsk oblast, tariffs for utility services have not been raised there for propaganda purposes. This entire industry is subsidized.
