Zelensky to visit Donetsk oblast today and present new head of Regional State Administration

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky will visit the Donetsk oblast today, July 5. This was reported to OstroV in the press service of the Donetsk Regional State Administration.

They noted that Volodymyr Zelensky would come to Kramatorsk, where he should present new head of the Regional State Administration.

It is expected that the head of state will also take part in the celebrations on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the liberation of Sloviansk and Kramatorsk from the pro-Russian militants of the "DNR" by the Ukrainian army.

On June 26, the Cabinet of Ministers approved 8 candidates from President Volodymyr Zelensky as heads of state administrations. It is proposed to appoint military prosecutor of the Uzhgorod garrison in the Western region of Ukraine Pavlo Kyrylenko as head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration. Pavlo Kyrylenko is registered in Lviv, but actually lives in Uzhhorod. He is married and has two children - a daughter and a son.

At the moment, the decree on the appointment of the head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration has not been made public. Also, there is no announcement of his trip to the Donetsk region on the website of the President's Office.
