So-called "deputies" of the self-proclaimed "Donetsk People's Republic" asked the leader of "republic" Alexander Zakharchenko and the head of the delegation of the "DPR" in the Contact Group Denis Pushilin not to fulfill the Minsk agreements as they "contradicts the "Constitution". It is reported by Information Resistance group.

According to the report, "members" held a meeting of the "committee of the People's Council of the DPR on foreign policy and international relations", which discussed the issue of "protecting the interests of the republic within the framework of the approved Set of measures for the fulfillment of the Minsk agreements as of 12.02.2015."

"During the discussion "deputies" concluded that the Set of measures contradicts provisions "of the Constitution of the DPR". In particular, "the parliamentarians of the DPR" believe that Art. 4 of the Minsk agreements (provides negotiations on the modalities of local elections according to the Ukrainian law and definition of the "special status" of Donbass) eliminates the possibility of recognition of the "DPR" as an "independent state". Art. 8 (provides complete restoration of social and economic relations, in particular, the payment of pensions and other social benefits) is regarded as an attempt to make the "republic" completely dependent on Kiev "splinter of Ukraine", - says the report.

As self-appointed "deputies" believe, the constitutional reform in Ukraine and decentralization of power within regions with special status (Art.11 of the Set of measures) are considered in the context of the preconditions for the dissolution of the "parliament" and a "threat to the elimination of the DPR".

So, after discussions "the parliamentarians decided to establish on the basis of this "committee" an "advisory group of experts" to consider appropriate "security strategy" and appeal to Zakharchenko and Pushilin with the results.
