Chief of the General Staff of the AFU Ruslan Homchak will not be present at today's talks of the Trilateral Contact Group in Minsk. This decision was adopted by head of state Volodymyr Zelensky "after additional consultations", - LIGA.NET reports with reference to the press service of the Presidential Administration.

"Now is not the time", - they stressed.

As previously reported, President Volodymyr Zelensky stated in Brussels at a joint press conference with Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg that Chief of the General Staff Ruslan Homchak would take part in the meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group on June 5, where new proposals from the Ukrainian party will be announced.

"The chief of the General Staff will work according to the Ukrainian conception. The first meeting in the Minsk format will be held tomorrow, he will be present at this meeting", - Zelensky said.
