The leaders of illegal armed groups in Donbass bring dummy local residents to influence the OSCE observers. This was announced by deputy head of the OSCE mission Alexander Hug, - reports Ukrinform.

"When we were about to leave the village (Zaytsevo - ed.), there was a group of civilians not from that village on the road. I also saw Eduard Basurin (the so-called deputy commander of the corps of the "Ministry of Defense of the DPR"), who was hiding in the house directly behind the people", - said Hug, responding to a question of the representative of militants, why he spoke to some locals but not to others.

Responding to the clarification question how the observers found out that they were not locals, Hug said: "They were looking at the church and looking for entrance."
