US President Barack Obama called on Russian President Vladimir Putin during a telephone conversation to ensure that the "combined Russian-separatist forces" stick to ceasefire in Donbass. It is reported by LigaBusinessInform with reference to the press service of the White House

During the conversation with the head of the aggressor state, US President also said that "Russia and separatist forces" should ensure full access of OSCE observers to all areas of the Eastern Ukraine, including the state border.

As reported by OstroV, the Kremlin version of the conversation between Putin and Obama on the situation in Ukraine was about the fact that the Russian President "expressed the hope that Kiev authorities will take, finally, practical measures for the early fulfillment of their obligations, including the establishment of a direct dialogue with Donbass, implementing amnesty and constitutional reform, agreement with the representatives of Donetsk and Luhansk, and enactment of amendments to the law on the special status."
