About 40% of the "DNR" and "LNR" judicial systems are former Ukrainian judges. This was announced by expert of the Center for Political and Legal Reforms Roman Smaliuk. "We found out that 196 judges work there (in CADLO, - OstroV), 75 of whom are former Ukrainian judges. That is, 40% of their judicial system are people who administered justice to us", - he stated. He also noted that 8 judges who work in the CADLO "courts" are still judges under the Ukrainian legislation, and 5 judges continue to receive life-long pay from Ukraine.
