Occupation authorities of the "DNR" are going to rename the Yunost Youth Palace into the Joseph Kobzon Concert Hall. This was stated by "Minister of Education and Science" Yevgeniy Gorokhov. He promised to repair the Youth Palace destroyed during the Russian occupation and assign it the name of Kobzon.

The population living in the occupied territory of Luhansk oblast was 1 454 736 people as of March 1. This was stated in the so-called "committee of statistics" of the "LNR", separatist media write. According to the source, the actual urban population is 1 365 458, the permanent population is 1 359 976. The rural population is 89 278 and 89 797, respectively. In occupied Luhansk and settlements subordinate to the City Council, the actual population is 432 190 people and the permanent number is 428 490 people. At the same time, the occupiers do not hide the fact that their calculations are based on the data of the All-Ukrainian Census of 2001.
