PFC debts to pensioners of Donbass exceeded $2.5 billion - The Right to Protection charity fund

The Pension Fund owed more than $2.5 billion to the pensioners of Donbass. This sum was called by the legal analyst of The Right to Protection charity fund Daryna Tolkach on the air of Donbass TV Company.

"If you look at the official statistics, the Pension Fund owes $2.65 to pensioners of Donbass. This amount is growing monthly. And the mechanisms to somehow resolve the situation are not being implemented", - she said.

Daryna Tolkach noted that since May last year, the Ministry of Social Policy promises a separate procedure for the payment of debt.

"There is still no procedure. Moreover, the adopted 335th resolution, which supposedly provided for the existence of a separate debt payment mechanism, created a situation when it became impossible to execute court decisions related to the debt payments… Failure to comply with court decisions is a serious problem", - the legal analyst of The Right to Protection charity fund said.
