Repeatedly convicted man tries to cross line of demarcation in Donbass bypassing checkpoint

Repeatedly convicted man was trying to cross the line of demarcation from the occupied territory bypassing the checkpoint, - the press center of the Joint Forces reports.

"In the area of responsibility of a separate motorized infantry brigade, performing combat missions as part of the Sievier operational-tactical grouping, the intruder was detained by military personnel near our positions while trying to cross the line of demarcation from the territory temporarily not controlled by the Ukrainian government", - the report said.

After examination of the documents, it turned out the detainee was a repeatedly convicted citizen of Ukraine.

The detainee was handed over to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
