Employees of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine is conducting a search at the Artemsol state enterprise in Soledar, Donetsk region. Chairman of the Anti-corruption Bureau Artem Sytnik told journalists about that, - reports Radio Svoboda.

"Now searches are being conducted at Artemsol. 20 special operation soldiers went there, there is a real demarcation zone,"- he said.

According to local residents, the search began at about 9 am, arrived three minibuses at the state-owned enterprise. At this time the director was present, and was holding a meeting.

"Documents are being seized now. They let no one in and out. As far as I know, they are interested in unprofitable contracts with Russia,"- commented deputy of Soledar City Council Roman Makhnik.

As previously reported, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy appealed to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a request to verify the information about abuse at the Artemsol state enterprise, published in the investigation of the Skhemy (schemes) programme. The programme was about abuses at Artemsol and numerous intermediaries, through which more than 80% of salt was sold in 2015. At the same time, the plant gave dealers additional - 5%.discount.
