The occupation authorities of the "DPR" plan to introduce "compulsory military service" and prohibit men to leave the territory without special permission. It is reported by Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

"To make up the personnel of the occupation troops, the so-called authorities of the "DPR" plan to introduce "compulsory military service" on the territory. The "conscription" is supposed to be carried out for men of18, who have not yet participated in the fighting as part of pro-terrorist groups. "Conscription" shall apply to persons who have previously served in the security services of Ukraine. To avoid the so-called conscription is possible only in case of complete unfitness of health condition or bribing (2,000 to 3,500 US dollars),"- said the statement.

Intelligence also reports that leaving the territory of the "DPR" of separate category of men is prohibited without a "special permit".

"In order to prevent draft evasion, the authorities of the "DPR" prohibited leaving the occupied territory of Donetsk region of men aged 18 to 65 years without special permit" of the MSS of the DPR". Anyone who does not fulfill this requirement, will face confiscation of property and imprisonment on his return,"- noted the MID.
