The Presidential Administration does not consider a plan for resolving the conflict in the Donbass, which was proposed by Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office in the Trilateral Contact Group Martin Sajdik. This was stated by deputy head of the Presidential Administration Kostiantyn Yelisieiev, - Hromadske reports.

"Of course, we have a lot of questions for this document, as well as for the time frame and way it was put forward. We do not review this document and do not discuss it. I think that it will face the same fate as the fate of dozens of other plans for resolving the situation in the Donbass that have been proposed over the past four years", - Yelisieiev said.

As previously reported, special representative of the OSCE in the Tripartite contact group Martin Sajdik stated in an interview with the Austrian newspaper Kleine Zeitung about a new plan for peaceful settlement of the conflict in Donbass. In particular, he offers to combine the OSCE and the UN into one structure, hold local elections under the UN supervision and create Reconstruction Agency - following the example of the Balkans.

The Ministry for Temporary Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons stated that the OSCE's new plan could not replace the Minsk agreements, but could be their tool. Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin stated on the OSCE proposal for Donbass that this is "same old soup just reheated".

Former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Steven Pifer stated that in his opinion, Russia will wait for the end of election in Ukraine before solving the issue of the UN peacekeeping mission in the Donbass.
