OSCE claim about the escalation of violence in several parts of the occupied part of Donbass – report
Observers of the OSCE Special monitoring mission in Ukraine recorded escalation of violence in several areas, particularly in the border districts of occupied Donetsk, around Gorlovka, between Debaltsevo and Svetlodarsk. This was reported by the statement of the OSCE SMM on February 10th, 2016, - informs LigaBusinessInform.
"On January 30th and February 2nd the number of ceasefire violations was more than 1000. SMM noted that there was a large number of weapons throughout the conflict zone and documented that the arms, which had previously been registered in permanent storage sites and placements designated for heavy weapons, were not there," - said the statement.
It is also noted that the OSCE SMM faced restrictions on freedom of movement many times.
