The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine appealed to the European Court of Human Rights to protect the navy sailors captured by Russia. Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko stated this at a government meeting, - Ukrinform reports.

"We have appealed on behalf of the government to the European Court of Human Rights with the requirement to apply the 39th rule – an immediate decision to release the illegally captured Ukrainian citizens", – Petrenko said.
