Miners of Lysychanskvuhillia, who had been underground for almost a month, stopped their hunger strike and came to the surface. This was reported by head of the Independent Trade Union of Miners of Ukraine Mykhailo Volynets on his Facebook.

"Today, the miners of the mine named after G.Kapustin of PAO Lysychanskvuhillia, who were underground for 30 days, stopped the hunger strike and came to the surface.

He also noted that the debt to employees of the surface technological complex will be partially repaid by the receipt of funds from the sale of coal.

As previously reported, since October 19, thirty-three miners protest underground at the mine named after G.Kapustin PAO Lysychanskvuhillia. The debt to the miners is $4.6 million, including: $19 thousand for 2015, $352.6 thousand for 2016 and $283.2 for 2017.
