MTS (Vodafone) Ukrainian mobile communication can be turned off in the occupied territory of Donetsk oblast on Friday evenings and for the whole weekend. This is stated in the message of the fake "Ministry of Communications".

As a reason for the next failure in the work of the only sustainable mobile communication channel, they mention problems with electricity in the occupied territories of Luhansk oblast.

"Failure in the operation of the Vodafone Ukrainian mobile operator in the territory (of the occupied part of Donetsk oblast – OstroV) on November 16-18 is possible due to repair work carried out on electrical networks (in the occupied part of Luhansk oblast – OstroV).

According to the fake "Ministry of Fuel, Energy and Coal Industry of the LNR", large-scale power outages caused by the need for repair work will be carried out from 10 p.m. on November 16 to 8 a.m. on November 18.
