More than 60% of the Ukrainians surveyed consider the Russian Federation to be the aggressor in relation to Ukraine. This is evidenced by the results of a joint survey of the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology, Razumkov Centre and Rating Sociological Group.

According to the results, 63% of the respondents consider Russia to be the aggressor in relation to Ukraine, and 22% have the opposing opinion.

Another 15% of the respondents were undecided on this issue.

Most of those who do not consider Russia to be the aggressor (or refrained from responding) are among the respondents of the south, east and Donbass.

Sample: 10 000 respondents in all regions of Ukraine (excluding the population of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts). The sample is representative for the population of Ukraine over 18 years old by such indicators as gender, age, type of settlement and region of residence. Statistical discrepancy: not more than 1.0%. Time frame: October 19 - November 2, 2018.
