Decisions of Russian courts are now being recognized and executed in "DNR"

Provisional leader of the "DNR" Denis Pushilin has signed a "decree" which implies "recognition and execution" of decisions made by the Russian Federation courts in the sphere of official registration of births, deaths and marriages in the occupied territory of Donetsk oblast. This is reported by separatist media.

"On the territory of the DNR, decisions made by the courts of the Russian Federation in the sphere of official registration of births, deaths and marriages are being recognized and executed within the limits established by regulatory legal acts of the DNR regulating the procedure for official registration of births, deaths and marriages", - the October 15 "document" said.

Such acts of civil status as childbearing, family creation, divorce, adoption of a child, establishment of paternity, name change and death fall under the official registration procedure.
