Lavrov took offence that Germany and France did not condemn Ukraine for liquidation of the "DNR" leader

It is blasphemous to gather the Normandy format of negotiations to resolve the conflict in Donbass after the assassination of the DNR head Alexander Zakharchenko, given that Berlin and Paris did not condemn this political assassination. This opinion was expressed by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on the air of Channel One of the Russian Federation.

"We do not reject the Normandy format, but now it would be just inappropriate and blasphemous to call a meeting in that Normandy format, especially when neither Berlin nor Paris expressed their condemnation of this political assassination that took place in Donetsk", - the head of the Russian MFA said.

At the same time, Mr. Lavrov did not bring any evidence that the Ukrainian special services liquidated the leader of terrorist group in the occupied Donbass. In the territory under close control of the FSB and local punitive agencies, on a closely guarded high security facility - Separ cafe, where Zakharchenko was killed, an explosion could be carried out only by the people closely associated with the occupiers and their puppets.

The "DNR" leader Alexander Zakharchenko was killed as a result of explosion in Separ cafe in the center of occupied Donetsk on August 31.
