Ecumenical Patriarchate can give tomos to Ukraine without taking into account Moscow's opinion - Poroshenko

The Ecumenical Patriarchate can grant autocephaly to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church without taking into account the position of the ROC. This was reported on Twitter by President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.

"The Ecumenical Patriarchate adopted a decision on the right of the Ecumenical Patriarchate to grant all states, and first of all Ukraine, with the right to establish Local Church without taking into account Moscow's opinion", - the president wrote.
