All militants of the "people's militia" in the DNR must be checked by narcologist and obtain the appropriate certificate. This is what Luhansk separatist Nikolai Vulich, familiar with the operational situation, writes in social networks.

"There are good undertakings in the people's militia of the DNR (separatists call unlawful military formations "people's militia" – OstroV). In accordance with the order of the commander of the people's militia of the DNR, all servicemen are required to be checked by narcologist and receive appropriate certificate," - he wrote.

The reason for this "anti-alcohol campaign" is general drunkenness in the ranks of militants. As an example, N.Vulich tells the story of how on Thursday, certain "general of the DNR" came to the motorized rifle brigade with the inspection. However, according to the separatist, he was so drunk that he could not even get out of the car".

"It was decided in the DNR to conduct inspections (regarding the theft of fuel and lubricants – OstroV). But something went wrong. Yesterday, a general came with a check to the 3rd separate motor rifle brigade. But he could not get out of the car. The green snake did not let him out of the car. The commander of the brigade stood at attention for about 5 minutes near the general's car, dropped his hand, spat and went on to work", - the author of the blog writes.
