"DNR" leader allows taking material assets today and paying in 2.5 years

Leader of the "DNR" Alexander Zakharchenko has allowed taking the so-called "material assets from the state material reserve of the republic" with a deferred payment until the end of 2020. This is evidenced by the "order" of head of the occupation administration as of July 26, posted on the "official" website of the "DNR".

It notes that material assets from the reserve will be virtually free of charge, that is, those who receive them may not pay until the end of 2020.
