On July 11, Russian occupation forces opened fire on the JFO positions two times: from large-caliber machine guns, the militants fired at the Svitlodarsk and Horlivka directions in the areas of settlements of Svitlodarsk and Pivdenne. This was reported by the JFO headquarters.

The leader of the "LNR" Leonid Pasechnik said that "if there is such a need, and we will announce mobilization, but we will not have to force the inhabitants of the LNR". He said this in an interview with the separatist media.

In Svitlychne village (Popasniansky district, the Luhansk oblast), soldiers of the Luhansk-1 battalion detained a 25-year-old man while trying to cross the line of delimitation outside the official entry-exit checkpoint. According to law enforcers, the man is part of the illegal armed formations of the "LNR".

The so-called "prosecutor's office" in the occupied Rovenky in the Luhansk oblast accused the head of one of the local enterprises of non-payment of "taxes" for a total of more than $16.3 thousand.

More than 900 empty living quarters were revealed by the occupation authorities in Makiivka. The occupation administration of the city reports this. "There are 931 empty housing premises, of which 384 are in municipal ownership of Makiivka city. The remaining 547 living quarters are privately owned", - the report said.
