Two Ukrainian servicemen killed, six wounded in Donbass on June 14

Two Ukrainian servicemen were killed and six were wounded as a result of hostilities in the area of the Joint Forces Operation on June 14, the JF press center reports.

Over the past day, situation in the area of the Joint Forces Operation remained difficult. Hhigh-intensity battlefield continued throughout the contact line.

"Russian occupation troops mounted 33 attacks on our positions, of which they used mortars of 120 and 82mm calibers prohibited by the Minsk agreements 15 times and 122m artillery 5 times… During the armed hostilities for the past day, 2 servicemen of the Joint Forces were killed, 6 were injured and hospitalized", - the report said.

In the Luhansk direction, the fighting goes on near the villages of Novotoshkivske and Orikhove. In the Horlivka direction, active hostilities continued near the settlements of Troitske, Luhanske and Pivdenne, in the Donetsk direction - near the settlements of Avdiivka, Opytne, Novotroitske and Bohdanivka. In the Mariupol direction, intensive fighting continued near the settlements of Vodiane and Lebedynske.

Units of the Joint Forces dominated the objectives, gave a fitting rebuff to the enemy and forced him to stop the provocative shelling.

According to the intelligence report, 12 militants were killed and 10 were wounded during June 14.
