Ukraine's Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has threatened to quit if the Verkhovna Rada failed to enable the creation of Anti-Corruption Court. He said this at a briefing in Kyiv today, - correspondent of OstroV reports.

"If this fair and independent court (Anti-Corruption Court, - OstroV) will not be created, I will forfeit the authority of prime minister of Ukraine and resign", - he stated.

According to the Prime Minister, without creating the Anti-Corruption Court, the credibility of the authority in society will be undermined.

"I will work today with the heads of factions and deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to make this decision. I want to note that today we are faced with a choice: further development of many problems that have accumulated in our state or, if this decision is not taken, destabilization", - Groysman said.

It was earlier reported that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine had begun considering the bill on the Anti-Corruption Court as a whole and should vote it this week
