The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has not taken any decisions recently to limit the rights of initially displaced persons to receive pensions. This was reported by Deputy Prime Minister Pavlo Rozenko in the Verkhovna Rada during a question hour to the government today, - OstroV correspondent reports.

"The government has not taken any recent decisions on restricting the rights of displaced persons to receive pensions. There are no such decisions. There is no need to raise questions around this and speculate on these terms", - he stated.

At the same time, Rozenko noted that the pension arrears to the IDPs were connected "with the change and unification of the pension payment schedule by the Pension Fund of Ukraine".

"All pensions to the displaced persons will be paid in full", - he said.

The Vice Prime Minister also informed that all PFU departments were instructed to inform people about the changing of the schedule of payments.

"In the majority of Ukrainian oblasts, this issue has been already solved", - Rozenko said.

"I want to note that there will be no restrictions on the payment of pensions to the IDPs", - the official concluded.

As previously reported, in early May, many IDPs faced the fact that they did not receive a pension on time.
