Children from Center for Socio-Psychological Rehabilitation evacuated from engagement zone in Toretsk

The police are carrying out evacuation of children from the Center for Socio-Psychological Rehabilitation in frontline Toretsk, - department of communication of the General Directorate of the National Police in the Donetsk oblast reports.

In the morning, the director of the city's Center for Socio-Psychological Rehabilitation of Children appealed to the Toretsk police department saying that the windows in the center building had been damaged during the shelling at 06:20. No one was hurt.

The administration of the institution appealed to the police with a request for assistance in the evacuation of children - these are 28 children aged 3 to 17 years. Now the policemen take out the kids and the personnel from the engagement zone.

As a result of shelling in the morning, residential buildings in the suburb of Toretsk – Yuzhne, were damaged. Ukrainskaya, Tsvietochnaya Zhelieznodorozhnaya streets came under fire. The roofs and windows were damaged, a gas pipe was broken in one of the houses. According to preliminary information, no one was hurt.

The event was qualified by Part 1 of Art. 258 (Terrorist Act) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
