Militants committed 45 shelling in Donbass on Tuesday: one AFU fighter died, three wounded

The militants have attacked the AFU positions 45 times in the past 24 hours. As a result, one Ukrainian soldier was killed and another three were wounded. This is reported by press center of the ATO headquarters.

"As a result of the enemy fire, one Ukrainian soldier was killed, another three were wounded. The injured servicemen were promptly taken to the medical institutions and provided the necessary medical assistance", - the report said.

In the Luhansk direction, the enemy fired proscribed 152 mm artillery systems, small arms and sniper weapons at our fortified positions near Zaitseve. In addition, the occupiers used 120 mm mortars against the defenders of Troitske, 82 mm mortars and grenade launchers - near Novooleksandrivka and heavy machine guns - against the defenders of Luhanske.

In the Donetsk direction, the militants shelled Ukrainian positions near Vodiane and Hnutove from 120 mm mortars, grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms. They used 82 mm mortars and grenade launchers at the defenders of Novotroitske. Moreover, the defenders of Avdiivka, Butivka coal mine, Pyshchevyk, Verkhnyotoretske, Talakivka, Pavlopil and Kamianka came under fire from grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms. Infantry fighting vehicles were used near Vodiane and Pavlopil, heavy machine guns - near Opytne and Lebedynske and small arms - near Shyrokyne and Nevelske. Furthermore, the enemy sniper engaged Ukrainian fortified positions near Hnutove and Lebedynske.
